Product Description
This is a 3-link suspension cross member specifically designed for the Toyota Tacoma or 4runner. The cross member is notched for you to weld to both the inside and bottom of the frame rails for increased strength. The mounting width is 34.8in across but can be cut down if you choose to run internal frame reinforcements. The top center of the cross member rides 1/4in higher than the bottom of the frame rails or 3in below the bottom of the frame rails. The distance from the bottom of the frame to the center of the heim joint would be approximately 1.5 inches or 4.5 inches, respectively.Your choice!
In the center of the cross member, we have designed the system to have a removable section. The reason is that we were tired of seeing cross members that did not allow for transmission service or t-case service in the field.
