Front Clip Replacemenet Reinforcement Plates

IMW is offering these front clip replacement frame plates that are designed to allow you to replace the front frame clip of your 95.5 to 04 Taco or 4Runner with rectangular DOM tubing. Original framing on these vehicles is notoriously weak and if you are adding a 3-link suspension to one of these vehicles, the amount of reinforcement required is tremendous.
We designed these for use in our shop when doing 3-link suspensions on our customer's vehicles and these have been tested tried and true over the years. We are offering these 3/16" thick plates to you now.
Installation is easy. Supporting the drivetrain, you cut the frame at a specified angle and tack up your new rectangular tubing. Then ensure the tubes are level and burn in the sides. Then place these frame plates up there and weld them in. The seam will run under the plate between the weld holes.
